Axel is an 8 year old boy full of a passion for life that would inspire anyone that crosses his path. His love for nature, science, building, working, wilderness, experiments, growing and nurturing plants, caring for his animals, and just about anything else he comes across shines like a bright light and you could be intrigued for hours with how much he knows for such a little guy.
In August 2023, Axel was rushed to a local hospital and then air lifted to BC Children’s ICU for a “critical airway”, caused by a rapidly growing mass in his neck that within days, was shifting and closing off his airway. After many traumatic tests and procedures, several extremely long days of waiting, the team diagnosed him with ALCL, a rare and aggressive type of Lymphoma.
Axel is kind, thoughtful, incredibly intelligent, hardworking, gentle, brave, inspiring and funny among many other amazing qualities. He has been working hard to save money this year to buy his own mini excavator to do small jobs at home, a passion of his that he acquired the love of from his Uncle.
All of his products are designed, created and packaged by him (with a little help from mom), and inspired by all the things he loves.
